Our work reflects what the future will demand.

We build high-quality, environmentally sound, energy efficient multifamily residential units. We take pride in our ability to manage and execute on large projects within a highly regulated market.

Rick Miller

Rick has been involved in the real estate development industry in the Southeast for over 35. Rick has been responsible for site acquisition, entitlement, financing, and construction oversight of numerous residential and commercial communities. He is also responsible for the management of those properties upon completion.

Under Rick’s leadership, his company has grown and is responsible for the successful development of a variety of communities throughout the West Coast of Florida, New York, Pennsylvania and Louisiana. These properties include residential subdivisions, office buildings, apartment complexes, assisted living facilities, to name a few.

Rick has been a licensed real estate broker for over 35 years. He is an avid triathlete and takes pride in the many community service organizations he is involved with in Fort Myers, Florida.

Art Schuldt

Art’s affordable housing expertise, both as an architect and a developer, is a valuable asset to the team. His architectural career started in 1976. Having formed a successful architectural practice in 1982, SGB Architects has evolved into a nationally recognized firm supporting public housing authorities as well as private non-profits in their efforts to redesign quality housing and expand new product.

Mr. Schuldt has overseen the design and construction of over 15,000 units of affordable housing involving both new construction and renovation. His effort in designing housing to meet the needs of low income persons has gained national attention. He has always been an advocate of affordable housing and is a member of several state and national organizations, including NAHRO, Louisiana Housing Council and Texas Housing Association. He was one of the founding board members of Providence House, a local family homeless shelter and currently serves on the board of the Salvation Army in Shreveport. In 2001 Mr. Schuldt was appointed by the Mayor to serve on the Board of the Bossier Parish Metropolitan Planning Commission and continues to serve to this day.

Mr. Schuldt also plays a key role in assisting public housing authorities across four states in the development of affordable housing outside of HUD funding. His role covers all aspects of development, from site selection and negotiations to preparing applications to state finance agencies and finalizing financing to overseeing construction and lease-up activities. To date, HSA has partnered in more than $300 million in redevelopment.

Micah Strange

Micah leads project oversight during several stages of development, with attention to client relationships with contractor, lender, syndicator, state agencies, and any other parties involved. These roles include monitoring construction progress, development budgeting, preparing documents for post-construction audits, communication with auditors, syndicators and state agencies, asset managers, compliance officers, and clients. His role includes researching property data for trends and information necessary for planning phases of future developments. Recently he has been heavily involved in educating Housing Authorities on HUD’s new RAD program and the closing transactions involved with those Agencies who are converting.

Prior to joining Housing Solutions Alliance in 2008, Micah previously worked in basic science research, IT, and flight instruction, experiences useful in building a platform of strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills useful in affordable housing research and development with HSA.

Micah is a 1999 graduate of Centenary College of Louisiana and a 2004 graduate of Louisiana Tech University.

We revitalize communities.

Integrand plays a vital role in the development, improvement and revitalization of America’s urban centers and neighborhoods

Before Renovation

Central Crossing is a small community housing refinery workers on the outskirts of Convent, LA. Solid foundation, location and infrastructure made this an ideal neighborhood for revitalization.

After Renovation

Still under construction, Central Crossing has proven a perfect opportunity for renovation. A tight-knit community now has a more functional and livable place to start and raise families.
